We believe in providing exceptional technique for dancers of all ages and skill levels.
Whether you're a recreational dancer or looking to take your skills to the next level, we offer a variety of technique focused classes to help you grow.
From ages 2 to adult, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

Ballet is the foundation of all dance forms. Our Ballet technique classes are available for dancers starting at age 4 all the way through to adults.
With a strong emphasis on form and precision, we take great pride in providing exceptional Ballet training.
Our competition team consistently earns National Championship Titles in Ballet every year, showcasing the high level of talent and technique we nurture here at Studio J. -
Our Jazz technique classes are designed to build flexibility, balance, and strength while focusing on advanced skills like turns and leaps.
With high-energy routines and a commitment to proper form, our Jazz classes improve every dancer's movement and performance abilities, helping them achieve their fullest potential in this dynamic and expressive style.

Tap at Studio J combines rhythm, coordination, and footwork with a focus on musicality and technique.
Our Tap classes improve timing, precision, and overall strength, helping dancers develop both their technical ability and performance style in this unique genre of dance.

Lyrical and Contemporary classes at Studio J allow dancers to express emotion and creativity through movement while focusing on fluidity, balance, and flexibility.
These styles blend elements of Ballet and Jazz to create powerful and emotional performances that connect with both the dancer and audience.

Conditioning and Flexibility classes at Studio J focus on building flexibility, strength, balance, and body control to aid dancers in every style.
Perfect for dancers already enrolled in other technique classes like Ballet or Jazz, looking to add strength and flexibility to further their technique.

HipHop classes at Studio J provide a fun, energetic way to learn rhythm, coordination, and creativity.
Our Hip Hop classes focus on street-style techniques and choreography, blending both foundational moves and current trends.
These classes give dancers a chance to express their individuality while building strength, flexibility, and performance skills in this exciting and evolving dance style.

Classes that teach
discipline, creativity, and fun!
Our Classes for littles introduce young dancers to the basics of ballet, tap, and jazz, all while fostering group learning and social skills.
Perfect for children ages 2-4, these classes provide a playful, nurturing environment where children learn the joy of movement, helping your little one build confidence and coordination from an early age.

A great way to introduce your child to Ballet! This playful and nurturing class introduces basic ballet steps, musicality, and coordination in a fun, imaginative setting. Dancers twirl, leap, build confidence, and learn to be in a group class setting—all while wearing pink tutus and tiaras. Must be potty trained. -
Ages 2-4 yo
A great way to introduce your child to Tap! This playful class introduces basic tap steps, musicality, and coordination in a fun, imaginative setting while also combining ballet . Dancers learn both Ballet and Tap in fun group setting. Must be potty trained. -
A fun-filled Jazz class for your tiniest dancer to shake, twirl, and shine! Dancers explore the basics of jazz dance with playful movement, music, and imagination. Perfect for building confidence, rhythm, and coordination. Must be potty trained.

Whether you're looking to stay active, learn a new skill, or simply have fun, our adult dance classes in Ballet, Tap, Jazz/Conditioning, and Latin Ballroom provide the perfect environment to move, stay healthy, and connect with others. Work at your own pace, enjoy the process, and experience the joy of dance in a supportive, encouraging community.
Open to ages 18 and beyond, no matter your level, work at your own pace and find the joy in dance.

ADULT BALLET
60-min easy-to-follow class focusing on traditional Ballet technique and flexibility
There are two classes available per week: Tuesday 9:30am and Friday 9am
ADULT JAZZ
CONDITIONING
60-min easy-to-follow class that begins with conditioning and stretching exercises and jazz technique through choreography.
There are two classes available per week: Tuesday 10:30am and Friday 10am
60-min class that focuses on proper Tap technique, movement, and coordination through choreography. Two weekly classes available depending on your skill/comfort level.
There are two classes available per week: Wednesday 9am and Thursday 7:30pm
ADULT TAP
60-min class that will introduce the basics of Latin Ballroom dance. Learn techniques from Rumba, Cha Cha and more.
One class per week, Mondays at 7:30pm
